Returns
We hope you love everything you find at Made in New York Market. If something isn’t quite right, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because of the nature of the products, we cannot accept returns on:
- Food or other perishable goods
- Personal care, bath, or body products
- Items marked final sale
- Gift cards
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and a photo of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
Starting a Return
To request a return, email hello@madeinnewyorkmarket.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
Once an approved return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
